Btw I’m not afraid of losing all my weight again (in case you think im crazy for weighing ~140 lbs now). If I make it, great, if not well it was fun while it lasted! Nothing wrong with remaking things every now and then. Now that my body has gotten used to heavier weights I can focus on training hard and eating right. Less than 100lbs is just ridiculous anyway

CrossFit has become one of the biggest fitness trends in recent years. Since these athletes are already conditioned for high intensity cardio sessions many times daily during their football camps and training routines it’s easy to jump straight into intense interval training without knowing how your body will react. This can lead them into doing more than Just Elite Training recommends as well as result in an unnecessary injury from pulling muscles beyond their abilities from those super heavy squats!
