What is a good diet for weight loss 10 lbs I am on day 5 of the same thing. It was a stall on my A-Ha days! And it took me 24 hrs to wake up enough to even try again. I went on the scale in the morning and saw no change. Now, in three days, I have lost 5 pounds! That’s huge!! Thanks so much!
My two cents… you will need lots of water, don’t skip meals. Also keep your protein higher than usual – 2 scoops instead of 1 scoop. You are trying to flush out bloaty tissues around your tummy which are obviously weighing down that area with excess fluid & salt because you are eating too much!
