On the first Tuesday of each month Palm Beach Gym offers a class that includes a light metabolic conditioning protocol. These classes are geared for those starting CrossFit or looking to maintain their fitness however without going too hard. The session is limited to 10 people which ensures personal attention and safety. This workout really focuses on tone and strength rather than tempo, endurance or sprinting which can be very taxing on an individual’s body! You will definitely feel it the next day but you won’t have time to dwell on your exhaustion as you will be making up for it with lots of practice at home. Make sure you look ahead so you know what days to show up early for!
