CrossFit has changed many things about my life. I started working out more regularly about 5 years ago, but only had the bare minimum of knowledge to work with. The past 7 months or so have been amazing! Everything seems to be clicking into place, and at 24yo I’m hooked! As you probably know yourself, you can get stupidly fit if you keep pushing forward. When it comes to lifestyle changes, this is what happens: It will be slow progress for 2-3weeks straight. Then the change will pay off big time! This period of fat loss sucks. You are really tired on your off day because your body hasn’t had any sleep since yesterday morning… But after 3 weeks everything starts morphing in front of your eyes until it feels normal again. Now that its over… good job on being super disciplined 😀 Good luck on every other aspect
