If you’re armed with good coaching, strong motivation and hard work; you can easily make it to Regionals in just three months.

Yes! Cutting (or bulking) is maxing out anabolic hormones like testosterone or cortisol. Eating clean foods full of fiber is managing this hormonal activity. To understand how they affect body composition, think about what would happen if human beings had no sex drive whatsoever—we would all only eat enough calories to stay alive but very little else (think starvation). Clean eating through diet and exercise ensures that we don’t have enhanced growth hormone production which stimulates increased lean mass gain! There are some quick fixes here as well: eating an avocado before bedtime will help block some of the night-time fat burning effects of cortisol on your body because why wouldn’t be want to munch on one after a workout!?
