I learned all of my skills through trial and error. I was fortunate to have plenty of personal trainers specializing in fitness throughout college until graduate school, so I had every chance to closely observe the new generation of CrossFitters or athletes before them. Now that I have an assistant coach position at Boulder CrossFit, I am being greatly reinforced with vast knowledge of proper form on how to deliver effective workouts for all levels of experience.

How long have you been coaching competitively? What brought you into the sport? Was it your first passion or something new?
