I am up in the morning at 4:30am and you see me there at 5:15 it really does not take any time to get in shape.
How long do the workouts last? Worth it?
We all know its a matter of pushing yourself for an entire day and when we show up we are all different but if you work hard enough over a period of time you will begin to see results. Working out with friends is key, too! We also have multiple spinning classes going on while we work out. On Wednesday nights we have a Crossfit based bootcamp that runs late into the night, so if staying awake is tough then perhaps this isn’t the right fit for you–but otherwise try to stay positive after your workout!
How much weight should I lift? How many sets do break/take rests during my workout?
This varies from person to person…we want each class member to be able to push themselves so keep us posted on how many reps or weights you can squat or lift along with what splits you do them..you’ll figure it out 🙂
What if I fall while doing a WOD? Do I need a medic alert bracelet?

A Crossfit video on YouTube? Check. Local Crossfit classes within an hour or two of my house? Check. I often see new workout videos pop up on the Internet each week, and if you’re like me, you can get pretty tired of them after a couple weeks (especially since most of them are the same workout done differently by 13 different people). And an hour or two is nothing compared to what you’ll actually be doing in class. Since then, every single time someone asks me “Have you ever tried this?” about fitness-related things, my response is always the same: “When 35% of your body is hanging off one shoulder and your arms look like twigs blown away by hurricane force winds…yeah…I’ve tried it.” I blogged about why I love CrossFit so much last year here , but let me briefly recap some better reasons why people should consider giving this type of athletic training a try: You can quickly change your life around for the better . If there are any sports out there that
