First Time Through 12-15-17 Upper Body Endurance Workout of the Day: Complete this workout 3 times with a 10 minute break in between each round. The goal is to complete all three sets before taking a 10 minute break! A rest of 5 minutes between rounds will be offered. If you can do all sets within 60 seconds, raise your hand and Coach Bryan will provide assistance over the mic! Resistance Band exercises only will not be offered for this workout. For safety reasons, you must follow all resistance band instructions carefully including full range of motion for every rep. Side-bend holds are NOT allowed during this class! In addition to what is suggested on the card, use pull ups or chin ups if you have them in stock – these moves allow proper strengthening while being active and working muscles that need more support! If you don’t have a pull up bar at home… go get one!!! WOD Difficulty Scale: 1 = Very Easy 2 = Average 3 = Difficult 4 = Challenging 5 = HARD [Scale ranges from 1-5, weighted by overall difficulty]
