How Long Before I See Results From Crossfit?

i want to bulk up and i am unsure on how long before i see results. is it like months? years?

I’ve seen people with six packs in two weeks, so I would guess not months or years. Have you tried resistance training before CrossFit with the prescribed four sets of 15 pushups, curls, lunges and situps per workout? Is this heavy strength work your first time at CF ? If so, give yourself some credit. You are pretty strong! Maybe there isn’t that much muscle mass yet to show off just yet, but you will see growth occurring if you keep at it with your original weights and intensity level. Perhaps adjust your weight by 10-20lbs no worries every now and then for a month after switching over to CF . Good luck!!!
