How Long Before I Get Nice Legs Doing Crossfit?

I’m not sure how many of you are familiar with CrossFit but if you aren’t, it is an endless array of exercises; every few minutes holds for 10 seconds. You can mix up the exercises depending on your fitness level, skill levels and what day it is. I like to do these workouts on my own because others will be scaling, adding weight or picking moves they feel comfortable. However, just go with whatever you feel once week!

For me the 15 Minute Workout consists of squats (spinal extension), deadlifts (push press) and then 3 rounds of calisthenics. I alternate between push ups and pull ups so I time myself at 30-40 reps in each move/workout consecutively until my timer is done. For example: If 15 minutes work out consisted of 10 pushups & 10 pullups after 2 minutes rest I would start with 5×5-10 calisthenics or jumping jacks based off my ability level to get rid of all the energy from working out while challenging yourself for your next minute long workout!
