How Long And How Often Shpuld You Do Crossfit?

Crossfit is a great program to get your whole body working. It teaches you how to make quick-twitch muscle tissue, which if you can do this for Crossfit it will help with parkour too. I like taking 3-5 workouts per week and doing them twice per day (3x workout days)

What kind of nutritional advice would you give us?

Eat organic whole foods! Stay away from the grains, sugars, fats and dairy that are bad for your health. Eat these in moderation. If they aren’t bothering you eat them all the time but if they are making you fat, check out their effects on your body by reading up on what they do to people before signing yourself up for them! You’ll find better information online than anywhere else so read around instead of blindly trusting any company’s claim at times when things can be manipulated

– The 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games was the 10th CrossFit Games. Identified as “The Travis Mashier Classic”, the competition featured 12 events – six for men and six for women – and took place July 26 through August 3, 2013, at the Hornet’s Nest in South Carolina.
