What Are The Age Categories For The Crossfit Hotshots Competition Tomorrow In Arizona?

Which cities/states are included in the 2013 CrossFit Games? What will happen to the Bay Area region in 2013? How many competitors do each city get in the Crossfit Games? And how does that number max out? (I think no city can give birth to more than 100 athletes – correct?) Is there any restrictions on which states get sent teams, etc.? I heard the top team after the final events gets paid for travel expenses. What’s up with that? Do all athletes get paid if their city does not make it to Regionals or Worlds, etc.?
