Basic to Beast Complete Bodyweight Workout Program
This program is in no way an endorsement of any particular exercise or routine – just my personal preference in completing a complete, effective workout. If you are looking for more detailed guidance on exercises or technique please refer to one of the many books on the subject, I do not have time to cover every detail of each exercise in great depth here! Please note that this is an entire body weight workout but it may be modified according to your current fitness level and ability, start with small enough weights that you can still challenge yourself but quickly progress into heavier weights once you are able. Remember all of the basic movements that make up most of our favourite strength training moves? Squatting , deadlifting, olympic lifting , leg press, lunges etc…and the more advanced lifts like overhead pressing, bench pressing , barbell curls and extensions will also come into play. This program takes different approaches but it aims to help everyone get stronger so even if you have never lifted before give it a go!I have designed this workout based off years experience doing body weight workouts for myself at home so I know what works best for me. Do not take what someone else says about their routines as gospel there are always some things that work better than others depending on your physiology and some things just don’t work at all! There will always be variations when designing these programs so try some out until your find one that works best for YOU!There’s no real progression here (can
