CrossFit (CF) workouts are short intense exercises your body needs to perform to improve strength, stamina and flexibility. These work every muscle group in the body working together as one unit. Each day you will complete different sets of different exercises aimed at improving that certain body part. This programme also promotes muscular endurance by not allowing the muscles to rest between sets for recovery purposes. So you can see why CF is great for weight loss! On top of this CF has so much more than just the workout element it promotes too which is eating nutritiously and hygienically throughout the week which I know put off allot of people so let me explain this…
