To possess the knowledge and focus to execute a workout, program and/or a business plan? It has been a dream of mine for years. I have been following all the necessary steps to become a crossfit coach. I attended CF training in 2013, some assistant coaching courses (not affiliated with CF) and got some great insite into what exactly is needed in order to be an elite coach. All this time I was still running my own business, doing my job on the side while working towards pursuing my fitness career. When I had enough money after paying off loans on both businesses (which were complex projects that took years), all of which were not related to fitness at any point, then it became clear; its time for me to invest more into myself becoming fit.
Here is where everyone jumps on me because…its easy! Do you know how difficult it is to get rid of fat once you get over 30? How do you give up all sorts of life rules or struggles? How do you let go of fears of getting killed by people twice your age who are better than ya? This is something I cannot answer for someone else so instead here’s my take on it: What an easier way to live than just trying hard things that others don’t seem capable or interested in doing!! If there were no obstacles holding me back from living an awesome lifestyle, if every day without fail gave me more energy than before – then right now would be the perfect time to ride this

The squat and the snatch are two great exercises that help us improve our power, strength and muscle mass. Quite often, these two exercises go together like a horse and carriage. If you happen to be doing both of these creatures at the same time – so much the better! But what if we constructed an actual horse-and-carriage? What would this look like? Well, it’d probably contain a bunch of raw power and raw strength – that’s something we definitely need to stick with today:), OK:). Games Los Angeles Fit Games, SoCal Region,” and in January 2013 it was announced that the Games would return to the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts in 2015. The competition consisted of three events: a “Division” event (for men and women combined), an “Open” event (for team participation) and a ” Masters 40+” event (open to adults 40 or over). The competitions take place over two weekends, with the first weekend worth points towards qualification at other international competitions. The top ten teams from both weekends qualify for the annual national championships competition in Los Angeles, which takes place every May.
