It would seem very easy. All one needs to do is show up with a desire for fitness and a willingness to listen and develop beyond their current state of fitness. What has been the biggest obstacle in your own personal training? It’s my experience that most people have a lot more excuses than they think they do–excuses that keep preventing them from making a lasting commitment to fitness, or building a new life around it.
