I’m guessing you are talking about the metal barbells that sit on the ground at your gym, not the metal weight plates. The bars will rust if any of them ever touch ground water. If you have seen orange rust spots on the bars they are gross and hard to clean off. You could try these methods I use to keep my bars rust free:
1. Keep them dry by wiping down with a damp rag after every use 2. Moisture can also cause wear on barbells so lets eliminate it as much as possible 3. DO NOT put them in an area that gets direct sunlight 4. DO NOT SUBMERGE BARBEL IN WATER 5. DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED WHILE BARBELS ARE ON GROUND 6. DE-OXYDE BARBELLS THROUGH LIGHT SHINE OR AN ELECTRIC MAGNETIC STEAM CLEANING MACHINE 7.. DE-OXYDE YOUR BARS BY PROTECTING THEM FROM ANY OF THE ABOVE SUGGESTIONS IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE YOU ABOUT ONE YEAR TO WEAR OUT THE BLACK WRITING ON YOUR BARS This is what your hands look like when chalk wears off! If chalk does not chalk up then your hands have been working past when it should have worn off because that is body heat causing this hair to grow out from nowhere! How long should my chest contract for before pushing/pulling chest day

Take a Look at High Performing Adidas Shoes that Are Great for CrossFit
Games Looking for the best shoes to wear during CrossFit Games? The Nike Metcon 4.0 is a great option for wearing in CrossFit competitions and doing workouts with heavy weights. This versatile shoe comes with a highly durable, barefoot upper that’s comfortable and supportive in all exercises and movements. A sturdy rubber sole makes this shoe very stable when performing squats and certain Olympic lifts, like the clean and jerk. It has protective heel reinforcement to protect from injury while still being breathable so you can still get used to your weight room shoes more quickly. The Altra Omnium 3-D is another fantastic crossfit shoe if you want flexibility of motion without sacrificing support or protection from injuries caused by excessive running or minimal footwear use. This shoe has a wider toe box than most CrossFit shoes which makes it more accommodating compared to other synthetic tennis shoes that have narrow toe boxes that restrict motion in many different directions due to their stiffness. Another advantage of this shoe is its stacking capability, meaning that it can be worn three different ways: flat on top of your sneakers, stacked on top of each other on either side, or upside down for comfort around the ankle area. This versatility along with its unique design allows for quicker mobility when putting your feet into new types of movement patterns without breaking stride too much while keeping yourself supported through the entire work out at any point during a single workout session!
