The athlete constantly varies the exercise in order to increase the intensity and prevent the body from adapting. Crossfit exercise is a good way for children to burn calories and also improve muscular strength, coordination and endurance. Athletes begin with light exercise such as running on an empty stomach before gradually increasing the intensity of their efforts until they reach their maximum capacity.

CrossFit Kids does not only focus on workouts, but also works towards improving athletic skills by teaching proper technique so that each child can develop amazing skills during “WOD” (workout of the day) classes after school hours. CrossFit Kids also focuses on individual goals for each child through their individual training plans which can be changed based on time availability or even just general interests expressed at class.
