Before signing on also it’s important to check whether or not there are any pre-requisite training sessions. Will I need special kit to do crossfit training?
No, just good kit will work. You don’t need expensive kit or gear that looks cool but at the end of the day it’s not necessary when you’re trying to lose weight and get fit with one method! The good news is that you don’t have too sacrifice too much in money terms when looking for items either way because all equipment will cost less compared to typical purchases of weights at a gym anyway. How Early In Age Would You Start Crossfit?
Do you have children who are too young to attend the gym yet? Not to worry! We offer all age groups (under 8 years, 8-10yo’s, 10-12yo’s, etc.). Crossfit is not only for adults. We can even take older kids (up until high school)!* Are You A “Big Girl” Or An “Under 40″? Have you ever questioned why it seems like there are more moms than dads crossfittin out at our box!? That has everything to do with social reasons and nothing to do with whether or not your size negatively affects your fitness level! Every girl knows that there is no way she could be as strong as the mom next to her… but that doesn’t mean she isn’t an amazing athlete!
