Update on my workout since I started IF. It went very well, which is good because I am finding it harder and harder to get motivated to exercise without the usual snacks of the day…so this way I don’t constantly feel like hunger will creep up on me.

*Chin-up/chin-down (3 sets – 40 reps)

I did no more than 50 of each but did 25 per set instead of 10 for speed. Up until today they were getting quicker and more repetitions with every session! Downside was that after 4 weeks it had really got better though which is good because lets face it, not having that feeling any longer sucks!

*10 x 1 rep MAXANIMOUS bodyweight bench press (about 65kg). There was a tear in the bar so….I pressed 65lbs to stop further damage 🙂
