If youโ€™re not already in love with CrossFit, chances are you might be skeptical of the sport at first. So, what exactly does it take to be a Crossfit Games athlete? Pretty much everything. To me, being a great athlete is something that must have perseverance, dedication, determination & lots of practice. I think everyone can agree that being an athlete requires these characteristics! This model works well for me because each day I am pushed harder than the previous one…creating myself into the best version of myself possible. It takes hard work & dedication but if you master both then nothing can stop your progress towards becoming better at anything! After all, being an elite athlete isn’t about small incremental improvements throughout your training; its more like leaping from peak to peak until you reach mastery over your body and mind – BUT FOR ME THAT’S NOT ENOUGH…I WANT TO BE AN ATHLETE WHO CAN FIT THE PERFECTION MILK BOTTLE!! ๐Ÿ™‚ My goal is simply to learn something new everyday and through my passion for functional fitness I hope to teach others that we all need the skills we develop TODAY while we’re ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!!! ๐Ÿ™‚
