the timer for a 1 rep max is 120 seconds, so a 5rm would be a time under 1:20…right??sure its possible to get under 1:20 but that doesnt mean that you have what it takes to do a “5”RM..thats right!!thus no “for time”..sorry to dispel any rumors here!good luck
