Crossfit Vegan Which Do You Tell Peple First?

I got asked this question a lot since I became vegan after gym. It’s awkward because it seems that the only times people are conscious about their diet are when they realize that it extends beyond their food, which is quite normal for an adult, much less a child. But you need to mention yourself as much as possible because it gives you credibility, but if people ask what exactly do you eat to become vegan I’ll probably say “do some research on the topic” or “it’s not rocket science” or something like that – basically keep things vague.

Speaking of cooking with cheese…I love cheese! What advice would you give me about making vegan cheeses at home? My personal favourite aside from cashew mozzarella is quark, but I have no clue how to make it myself :/

Quark was originally an animal dairy product called Kefir by Estonian farmers in 1908 🙂 Before Estonian farmers, there were Kazakh herders who used milk fermented with kefir grains (hence its name 母奶) which was consumed by humans and animals alike.. Quark is often difficult to find these days so try to use lacto-fermentation (i.e milk + Lactobacillus acidophilus).
